Refund Policy

Our return policy allows for 30 days from the date of item receipt to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Shipping costs for returning the product to our warehouses are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or does not match the description.

Please note that sale items or gift cards cannot be returned. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at info@premiumcollagen.com We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so that we can assess the situation and make it right.

For exchanges, the most efficient process is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the desired replacement.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank or credit card account.
